ALABAMA

I have not seen Alabama for 30 years and did not expect much. I was tolaly surprised how good the show was. It was like they were doing there last show forever here in Ontario. Randy Owen did not want to leave the stage as if he wanted to share every applause . Jeff Cook performing was very emotional . Love the show so much and a great venue .

GREAT SHOW!!

I have always wanted to see Alabama in concert. I realize that the members are older now, and took this into consideration. I thought the show was FANTASTIC!! The atmosphere was great in the arena. The band also seemed to enjoy the show. There was great audience participation. They even brought a long-time fan up on stage (52nd show for this fan). If they were playing there again next week, I would go and see them. The Bellamy Brothers were a decent opening act for Alabama, but the Alabama concert was on a whole different level. Great job, Alabama! Great job, Budweiser Gardens!

DISAPPOINTED

Saw Alabama years ago and loved them. They didn't sing many hits and I think the fans wanted more hits rather than the few not so popular songs. The hits had every one up on their feet clapping and dancing while other songs had polite clapping. Also the encore was disappointing as only one song... expected maybe a short medley or something more. Maybe its time to retire. Tickets were not cheap so guess its all about the money.

50 YEARS OF ALABAMA MADE THEM TIRED

I grew up listening to Alabama my entire life. Alabama was a group I have always wanted to see. Being an audio engineer I was let down when they hit the stage. I couldn't hear Randy's vocals for about 1/3 of the show. I would have thought the sound system was not set up properly but the opener (Charlie Daniels) sounded phenomenal. The band seemed tired and unorganized with little energy, they would finish a song and then start playing it again, kind of like a bar band trying to kill time when they dont't have enough material to finish the set which I know isn't the case here, I guess they were tired. Even though the sound wasn't good and the band was tired, I was able to hear a few of the hits I grew up listening to. It's bad then a 83 year old opener had more energy and sounded 100 x better than the headliner.

ALABAMA

Disappointed with this concert. Appreciated the attempt to please by continuing even when not feeling well, but felt like the repeats of song endings and audience participation was way overdone. Wanted to hear Alabama songs not someone else’s. Charlie Daniels did a great job

TERRIBLE SOUND

Grew up with this band, not impressed with current band , lead guitar player has no clue on what his tone should be.

THEY ARE TIRED

They need to come to the realization the business has past them by. Taking peoples money and having a show like they did is going to ruin their legacy. They played a set list of 15 songs, 7 of which never heard before, 3 of which song by their band members. Leaving 5 of their popular songs. They certainly could have used a focus group to establish a song list. After every song they played an extra verse wanting the audience to sing it back to them. When we paid to hear them sing. They played for 70 mins, as they looked very tired. They were dressed like they just rolled out of bed. It wasn’t not a good way to leave a lasting impression.
