EXCELLENT

We love Katt and try to see him everytime he comes to Vegas. We LOVED the show once we were able to get into the venue. When going to anyrhing on the Strip, arrive at least two hours early and remember you have to pay to park at hotels on the Strip. We missed the first opening act but caught the Jamaican guy and Mark Curry. Mark Curry was so funny he made me cry. ALL of the opening acts were EXCELLENT!!!! Loved the MC also. I think the opening acts and the MC may have even been funnier than Katt???? Wish Katt's set was longer. Would highly recommend the show. We had great seats and had a great time. Katt handled some minor problems such as the intoxicated fan and fight in the audience like a true professional.

THE KATT-TASTROPHY

The wife and I went to see Katt Williams perform at Van Andel Arena Snday night the 26th and were pleased and slightly disappointed with the performance. For me, a former stand up and radio entertainer I realize that Katt didn't perform all of his "Great American Tour" material as this was a benefitt performance for Gilda's Club which unfortunately coincided with his tour. Fortunately for us we were still able to witness the comic genius that is Katt Williams even if it was an abridged version. Mark Curry and the highly energetic Red Grant had decent sets but the one who killed was the local comedian (whose name I cannot find anyplace) that opened the show. His 20-30 minutes were solid, had a nice flow, and kept everyone rolling! My wife and I are seriously considering going to another show outside of Michigan in order to get the full effect and material of his GREAT AMERICA TOUR show. Go if you get the chance. And if you people watch, this is the place to BE!

Although they started very late, it was an amazingly great show. Opening acts except for the one woman were all great. Katt was hilarious as expected although his set ended rather quickly. Mark Curry had me in tears. Not a show for children. A fight broke out during one of the opening acts and caused a commotion, but after they were thrown out, the show continued without a hitch. Lots of places to eat in the area. We ate at Applebee's directly across the street before the show which was very affordable. Getting an Uber afterward was chaotic because the traffic was so bad. My only reasons for four stars instead of five is because his Netflix special had some of the same jokes. Maybe he canmanage the timing for release of the special for after the tour completes next time. And also because at this arena (The Barclays) people were allowed to walk around during the show and it was very distracting.

SOUND SYSTEM WAS THE JOKE

The comedy show was really funny, when I was able to hear the joke. Did they use a boom-box for the sound system? I couldn't take the sorryful and paining quality of distortion eminating the venue. Worst sound system ever encountered. I will not return for any future events. I departed Katt Williams minutes into his performance.I no longer could withstand the pain of the sound system. Greensboro Coliseum should be ashamed. It was bad!

Katt had a great line up of comedians. His Dj was awesome. I Loved his stage setup. I missed seeing Mark Curry. He was hilarious 😂 😃. Great job Mark keep up the great work you showed. The show seemed like it ended early because of the distractions. I would love a private showing. Holla at Mr. Williams 💯😉 There's plenty of nice restaurants in the area. This show is not for children. The fox has changed and the seats are not that comfortable but for a short period of time it's okay.

Katt WW3, Atlantic City, 12 Feb Show started about 35min late. 4-5 warm up acts, including unexpected Mark Curry-he and Red (he MC) collectively made it the 2.5stars. Could’ve gone without Lucern(?sp) altogether. The other lady talked (and yelled) w such a high pitch couldnt understand her first few minutes. Katt started off on, but then seemed focused on trying to enlighten the audience on social issues more than joking about them. Many comedians have done so successfully, but that’s their MO (see George Carlin). Katt has usually just joked on issues of the day with a smattering of history lessons. This act leaned way too much on commentary and not enough on laughs. And reading the vast majority of the reviews, most of us feel the same. Lots of people in my section left at 15min in-just not funny material. Hope he reads the reviews and changes his flow

MISLEADING

When we purchased tickets for the Kansas City show it was marketed as Katt Williams NOT Katt Williams and friends. Of course it was expected for him to have one or two opening acts, he was the MC for the night. I get trying to help fellow comedians get on the map, but atleast advertise appropriately so your fans have a choice whether or not they want to pay to see him as an MC. Furthermore the TMOBILE Areana need to be ASHAMED of those home theater screens they are using. I could have spent my 300 in a MUCH better way! Traveling almost 3 hours wasn't really worth it! 2021 WWlll tour. Mark Curry was funnier. Had everyone laughing the whole time. Katt talked about the same topics from previous tours. And it was more of him just discussing topics, not really giving jokes. He was on stage for maybe 40 minutes. You tried laughing at some stuff because it's Katt...but I'd say save your money unless you are okay with only getting a big laugh from Mark Curry. A lot of people walked out before he was finished. He didn't even have the pimp daddy set on stage. Just came out in a summer day short set with old man long black socks. And they didn't even advertise that Mark was going to be there. Who knows if he barely got paid. Katt seemed like he was turning his life around. Just getting too old for the stage.

We arrived to the barclay center half hour before the show was supposed to have started which was at 8pm-10pm. After sitting there for 2hrs and 20mins, he came out to perform from 10:20pm to 11pm. We were so angry at that point and how the Barclay's allowed him to do this at their venue to customers (fans). What a waste of time and honestly I feel like We got robbed of time and money. Never again. I expected better from Katt Williams and the Barclay's for allowing that to happen.

A NIGHTMARE

The seats were too close together on the floor and there was no crowd control. This was not a smoke free environment and security was useless. . I was high before Kate Williams came on. He was extremely late, it was too many acts before he came out. A 5 hour show is overwhelming. Also the wait for liquor was 45 minutes, the lines were outrageous. Katt Williams was not that funny. I left 10minutes after he came out....what a waste.

EXPECTED BETTER

Should have been the Mark Curry show, had it not been for him I would have considered it a total waste of my money. The acts before were alright but not worth what I paid. Katt’s performance was mediocre compared to his past shows. It was very political and religious. I can understand he gets his content from the world and life events but there can be a fine line between comedy and commentary. He normally does well to balance the two but in my opinion he fell short this time around. My husband and I,as well as many others left after about 20 minutes into his act. Sorely disappointed, especially since the last show I saw him in roughly 8 years ago was bad as well. I tried to give him another chance but this is it for me. I’ll just watch him from home, where I can change the channel and it will cost much less.

POOR PERFORMANCE

Poor performance by Katt Williams the other performers did pretty well,but when Kat Williams came out it was almost as though he didn’t give a fuck. He wasn’t funny. A true wast of time with him. MARK CURRY AND RED GRANT WERE FUNNIER THAN KATT

I recently saw the 4/16/22 show, and I was disappointed in Katt’s set. First off, it started at 8 & he didn’t come out until 10:15 ish. He had 5 or so openers for him, which is okay but only about 2 of them were funny (Mark Curry & Red Grant). The rest were okay, Lunell was sorta funny but not a huge fan. They were better than Katt. All Katt talked about was politics & p*ssy. It wasn’t that funny, not like past stand ups. Id see Mark and Red any time but I won’t be seeing Katt again in person. While the show was robust, 2 hours is too long to wait on the headliner, Ive been to a lot of standups and an hr and some change is the usual. Ppl were yawning, including myself by the time Katt came on. The show started 15min late, not the biggest deal, but I didn’t get out until after 11. Katt’s set was only about 40-45 min.

IT WASN’T AS ADVERTISED

So bottom line, I thought I bought tickets to see Katt Williams perform and instead we got a line up of a bunch of up and coming comedians and maybe 2-3 known names. The first 2 acts were just ok. We chuckled. I wouldn’t say I was really laughing. I wasn’t tripping because I thought they were opening acts. Then Katt Williams come out and I thought he was going to do his 45 minute or hour set. He joke for about 10 minutes and then start presenting all of these unknown comedians. Tony Roberts and Tommy Davidson were the funniest one. Mark Curry was the final act and that was a bad decision because it just wasn’t the best act of the show. I can tell myself and much of the audience was waiting on Katt to do his set but as time went on it was apparent he was playing host to the other comics. The worst part was that out of the 7 acts, only 2 were funny. It’s called the 2023 and ME tour. It should’ve been called Katt Williams and friends. I felt duped and I wasn’t happy with the show.

I loved katt williams and was excited to see him in Detroit last night...you literally couldn't hear anything due to the volume being too high...sounded like muffled screeching, couldn't hear the singers voices over the obnoxious music...then the worst part was NO KATT? Where was Katt? 20min total and he "hosted" other comedians....I paid to hear Katt, not a bunch of "not funny" other people ...one comedian saved the shoe. Tony Robert's...super funny...if not for him I'd be even more pissed off...katt was too busy getting high and drinking...moments of awkward silence, slurred words & lost in thought, made it Klinger worthy...never again...so upset at this "so called" katt williams show...false advertising

WORST SHOW EVER!

I COULD NOT HEAR THE SHOW

So my husband and I had floor seat and could not hear none of the opening acts . We informed the lead security who directed us to guest services . Guest services gave us an option to stay and change the seats to higher level or get a full refund . We chose to stay ; The new seats were in level 115 so we watched the show from a side view . Then Katt came out maybe 30 min Into the show a heckler yelled “ where is that planet at Katt”!!!! Katt Williams responded to the heckler which triggered other hecklers . That’s when my husband and I had enough and demanded a refund . The 1 star is because a full refund was granted with no problem. Oh and I should have mentioned Katt was not funny !

Katt has always been one of my favorite comedians. We had Suite Setting and the opening acts were better then Katt. Fail asleep during Katts' act and my party of six left before the show was over. BORING and not funny at all!

The WORST performance EVER! We sat on floor and before wasting your money read the reviews. The other comedians done well but Kat was a total flop. Some advise Kat…..leave government policies and your political views out of your show. Can we get a refund?

Kat Williams does not have it anymore in the City of Chicago on the 20th of November, 2021. His performance was terrible and he ended his show quite quickly! Me and my wife will Never see him again!

Chicago Sunday night Nov 2021: *Seats terribly close and small *Show began over an hour late *Video monitors had poor clarity *Acoustics were horrible. Consequently missing most of the show because you could not hear what they were saying *There were FIVE comedians before Katt *He was not funny and his performance was brief. The other comedians carried the show. *So bad.... many people were walking out while Katt was performing! *KATT YOU ROBBED YOUR FANS!!!!! BAD ON EVERY LEVEL!!!!!

DISAPPOINTING

There were way too many opening acts. Kat Williams took the stage for only 40 minutes. I was extremely disappointed, Kat lacked versatility. He focused a lot on the same sexual content. The jokes did not transition well.

Louisville, KY show 9/330/22... This was not a Kat Williams show! Kat hosted a collection of unknowns and experienced but C-Team comedians. Nothing in the advertising or in the ticketing process gave any indication that Kat would not be a performer!!! I certainly wouldn't have paid $160 per seat to see Tommy Davidson! Total nait & switch!

Sat through what we thought were openers but were wrong. Katt didn’t really perform, just MC’d mostly unfunny ‘comedians’. He didn’t have any good material, seems to forget what he was saying and rested against his stage prop. Like others, we feel ripped off with this type of format when we expected a Katt Williams show. We left when he announced yet another performer.

Show was terrible, it was late starting. You had all of these people come on before the show started, he came out after 9:00 pm and then he had all of these other people come on in between him coming out, instead of him delivering the show you paid for. It was my first and last time seeing him. No one is worth that crap, you never become famous and forget the people who paid to see you to get you here. A waste of money and time, it was absolutely boring and I started falling a sleep. I left the show before it was over. NEVER again!!!

We were SO excited to see Kat and were disappointed when he simply introduced and had multiple other comedians come up to do a set. None of them were that funny. Come 11:30pm, he still hadn't performed yet - so we left. Definitely felt ripped off and was disappointed.

Very disappointing show, I've been a Katt Williams fan since the late 90's. So excited to finally see him live. He did maybe 15 minutes total between introducing all of the other comedians. Most of them were very talented and funny, but we paid to see Katt, not to have him try and push new talent all night.

Shame on Katt. Please know that this show will remind you of a high school talent show. I paid to see Katt and I got everything else but him. It was so disappointing that I can’t stand him now. TERRIBLE IN MICHIGAN LAST NIGHT

OMG!! I was so disappointed because Katt was my favorite comedian. Last night at the Fox Theatre I could not hear anything. I assumed I was there too see Katt but instead he decided to play host and bring on his own comedians that wasn't that funny like him. I went to customer service. I complained so that they decided to give me tickets for a different show. The venue said Katt was responsible for his own sound system but he didn't give a damn about his audience. He just wanted to do a show cheap as possible. We left after struggling for an hour trying to hear anything.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

I didnt travel 8 hours to Detroit to see a bunch of crappy comedians. I went to see Katt and it was Katt's Variety Show and it wasn't even good. I LOVE his previous shows and specials but this was just terrible. He wasn't the main focus and the lineup only lists him. Wish I could get a refund we left before it was over. People were leaving at a pretty steady rate not even half way in. Sad. The show started late as well.

Katt Williams should have been arrested. For lying on the tickets we paid too much money for parking and seats to see Katt Williams as a host. We were so bored my wife fell asleep and I started watching the Alabama football game on my phone..he "WAS" never again will we pay to see him. The Fox theater should be a shame for letting him get away with that.

My husband surprised me with tickets to see Katt williams Jan. 14th 2023 and I was disappointed. The show started late and I waited all night for a Katt Williams performance (which is what was advertised) and only got to see him as a host for a bunch of other comedians. We paid to see Katt and got four other comedians and a singer. Very unfair to advertise as a Katt Williams show and he's only hosting.
